Matheus Ximenes Pinho has spent more than twenty years in home and décor, roughly thirteen of them in furniture, across product development, e-commerce and marketplace operations, and international sourcing. He founded Vista Furniture Co. to give international buyers independent, buyer-side intelligence on sourcing furniture from Brazil.

Before Vista, he co-founded and ran MUMA for over a decade, a Brazilian design furniture company recognised with the 2024 GIA Global Innovation Award from the International Housewares Association. Building a furniture business from design through production and export shaped the way he now advises buyers, from inside the factory rather than from a catalogue.
He also served on the audit committee of the board of enjoei (B3: ENJU3), the first Brazilian technology startup to complete an IPO on the B3 exchange. That work informs how he reads governance, disclosure, and the way serious companies manage risk.
He holds a degree in architecture from UFPE, is trilingual in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and works from São Paulo.
How Vista works
At Vista, Matheus works only for the buyer. The firm qualifies factories, verifies compliance documentation, and provides the production intelligence behind an origin decision.
Vista is not a trader, an exporter, a buying agent, a marketplace or a freight forwarder. It sells sourcing intelligence, it is paid by the buyer, and it takes no factory-side commission and no success fee tied to order volume. That independence is the product.
